ZED HOT EXPRESS (9) drifted back early on debut last start then worked home strongly to finish 2.5 lengths away in third at Bunbury over 6f. Should improve sharply and this looks a nice race. HELL'S CITI (1) resumed over 5f last time out and turned in a solid effort to finish fourth at Bunbury when he was always up in the leading division. Won't be bothered by this longer journey. Can win this without surprising. VENTURO (2) returns after six months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a eighth over 7f29yards at Bunbury. Looks ready to run following a minor placing in a recent Belmont Park trial. Can kick off with a bold showing.
