SASSY SKYE (9) ran very well when resuming then sat on the pace before fading to finish sixth last time out over 6½f at Pinjarra. Well placed to make amends. SCENERY (2) showed good early dash before weakening to be beaten 6 lengths into ninth over 1m at Geraldton last time out. Expected to be in this for a long way. MISSEDTHEDEEL (10) hit the frame two starts ago at Pinjarra but ran below par last time when ninth and beaten 5 lengths over 1m2f at Pinjarra. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. WEST COAST WARRIOR (1) missed the frame last time out when fifth over 6½f at Pinjarra. Still a maiden but has been in the money on five occasions. Has a good record at this distance with three top-three results from four starts. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Must be respected.
