Produced a fine performance when second at Fakenham during the easter weekend and interesting to see if the more conventional circuit here suits better. Take seriously. KNOCKERANNA ROSE (7) did well when runner up here over course and distance last time. If in the same condition will take some stopping. BEAT THE RETREAT (3) appears to be better suited to softer ground in recent times with both wins coming on soft or heavy going. Needs more tackling this lively surface. LORO WHITE (8) goes into a handicap with a first time combination of tongue strap and cheekpieces. Interesting.
