AQUAHOLIC (4) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 7f32yards at Naracoorte after being in contention on the turn. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. JUST A BROTHER (5) raced in town last time and missed the frame, finishing seventh at Morphettville and beaten 1. 75 lengths. Will find this much easier. Well placed and sure to run well. HEAD OF THE HERD (1) drifted well back last start then wound up strongly to finish fourth, beaten one length, over 6¾f at Strathalbyn. Outsprinted in the run home but kept coming and the extra ground looks a big plus. Among the chances and will be tough to stop. KIKORANGI (9) showed early speed from an outside draw and held a forward position before fading to finish fourth, beaten 2. 25 lengths, last start over 1m at Strathalbyn. Can feature in the finish.
