DESPERATE PROPOSAL (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he got a long way back over 1m at Aqueduct, beaten 31 lengths into ninth. Faces an easier assignment so he will be hard to beat. BRIGHTY (6) could only manage eighth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1m at Laurel, beaten 9 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Has the talent to produce another positive result. HONOR MAGS (5) has been kept fresh for this since a disappointing fifth last start over 6½f at Parx (Dirt) five-and-a-half weeks ago. Capable of a much better performance. FREEDOM MAKER (7) has switched yards since scoring by 4 lengths at this track over 1m on February 27. Worth plenty of thought.
