STANDPOINT (6) is a eight-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 6 lengths when seventh over 6f at Aqueduct (Turf). Plenty of scope for improvement and is a great chance to break through. KUZ IT'S CHILLY (8) missed the placings when resuming at Pimlico two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1m1/4f at Delaware Park, beaten 2.25 lengths after being prominent at the corner. Looks well placed so expect another big run. THIRTY WEST (7) resumes. Didn't make an impact at his only run last prep on 1/11/2024, finishing eighth and beaten 11 lengths over 1m at Laurel (Turf). Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race. ROYAL RENEGADE (1) was out of the money on debut two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he settled well back over 1m1/2f at Laurel, beaten 7 lengths into sixth. Has the talent to find the winners' list.
