MY BLUE EYES (6) had been racing well with three consecutive placings before last start managing only seventh over 6f at this track. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Expected to be in the finish. NEWS BOX (8) was allowed to drift back from an outside draw last time but found the line strongly to finish fourth, beaten 6 lengths, over 5½f at this track (Dirt). One to watch for in the dying stages. AGAINST THE ODDS (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at this track, beaten 4.5 lengths into sixth. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. SCREEN STAR (4) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when eighth over 5f at this track (Dirt). Well placed and there is no reason he cannot return to winning ways.
