HALFTIME SHOW (3) started at 7/2 last time and ran below expectations, finishing seventh and beaten 20 lengths at this track (Dirt) over 1m. Finds a nice race and can make amends. READY AS EVER (1) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at this track. Safely held last time out when third over 1m at Delaware Park, beaten 5 lengths. Must raise the bar but another win is not out of the question. BOOTLEG RUNNER (6) settled well back then made some inroads and finished 12 lengths away in fifth last time out over 5½f at Monmouth Park when fresh from a lay-off as 3/1 favourite. Steps up in journey. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Should be involved in the finish. PASSIONFORGLORY (4) was a most impressive maiden winner over 6f at Penn National (Dirt) last time out, scoring by 2 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Andrew Wolfsont was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the mount. Must be respected now that the penny has dropped.
