VIX (1) closed last prep nine weeks ago when he finished sixth over 6f at this track. Hard to go past. IRON Set Weights ORD (2) showed good pace and went on to score by 6 lengths when resuming last time out over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Meets some better types this time but another big run is on the cards. WE MISS NEIL (4) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 26 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fifth over 6½f at this track, beaten 7 lengths. Perfectly placed and is sure to be there at the finish. JOLLY GREY GIANT (6) is back from a break of four-and-a-half months. Raced below par at his only appearance last prep when fifth over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Interesting move to remove the blinkers this prep. One of the better hopes.
