SCHEDULING DUDE (2) finished fourth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6f at Monmouth Park, beaten 2.5 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. OMEY ISLAND (3) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing second and beaten only 0.3 lengths over 6f at Monmouth Park (Dirt) after being prominent at the bend. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he is up to the challenge. SOAR RICHARD (4) could only manage fourth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6f at Monmouth Park, beaten 7 lengths after being prominent at the corner. Tackling a more suitable race so he is all set to build on that latest effort. SKINNY JOEY (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6½f at this track, beaten 6 lengths into fifth. Finds a nice race and can atone.
