Has a win and two minor placings at this journey from four starts and should prove tough to beat. THE TIRE MAN (6) registered his first win last start over 1m at this track (Dirt), getting home by 0.3 lengths. Re-unites with Eliseo Ruiz who was on board last start. Nicely placed to double the win tally. JADON'S HONOR (2) finished out of the money two starts back then he settled well back and was beaten 5 lengths when fourth in a 6½f contest at this track a week-and-a-half ago. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is worth another chance. REGALPAINS (4) finished fourth last time out over 1m1/4f at this track, beaten 12 lengths. Credentials hard to fault.
