Could only manage to finish sixth last time out over 6½f at this track (Dirt) following a minor placing at this track (Dirt) over 6f the run prior. Big chance to break through. MINE SEEKER (4) is yet to break through after six starts but not far off a win. Placed in a then missed the frame but was thereabouts last time over 7f at this track (Dirt). Has a strong finish. Nicely placed to open his account. KEVIN MAC (5) ended up 12 lengths behind the winner in seventh on debut last start over 6f at this track (Dirt). Open to plenty of improvement. One of the main contenders. COACH CLINT (6) returns from a layoff of 11 weeks. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 6f at Turfway Park. Makes plenty of appeal.
