NUEDORF (9) has been in the mix without winning, the latest effort a fourth over 6f at this track (Dirt). Should be poised just off the lead. Expected to be in the finish. HOTPOT (1) is a distance specialist who turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 5½f at this track. The engagement of Dexter Haddock is a positive move. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. GEEBERT (8) was well in commission last time out but could only manage to finish fifth over 6f at this track (Dirt) in a disappointing performance. Finds a nice race and can bounce back. HEFFNER (14) comes here off a break of four-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 6f at Tampa Bay Downs. One to consider.
