Race Tip

BAVETTE (5) was only a head away last time when second over 6f at Nowra after he was always up in the leading division. Won't be bothered by this longer journey. Likely to feature in the finish. MOSGOLD (2) missed the placings when resuming recently but was not too far from the winner when fourth over 6f at Wagga. Usually performs well with that run under her belt. Has good early toe so she should be handy in the run. Sure to be in the finish. IMASUPERSTAR (3) drifted well back and failed to finish it off last start when seventh, beaten 5 lengths, over 6½f at Canberra. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. GUNDY GUY (4) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a ninth over 7f at Gundagai. Best figures measure up nicely. Can do a lot better.
