Likely to feature. THOMMO (11) is a nicely bred two-year-old gelding making his first appearance at the races. By Proisir from Giardini who has produced some fine gallopers, including winners at black type level. Won his most recent trial at Pakenham Synthetic. Comes from a stable which has an impressive strike rate with the first-starters. Promising type who is one to keeps tabs on in the betting. SOUNDWAVE (4) turned in a sound effort last time but found one better at this track over 7f, beaten 1. 3 lengths. Should be at his peak now. Yet to break through this time in but hasn't been far away, with two placings to his name. Strong claims on best figures. CASUAL GHAI (1) resumes from a lay-off of eight months. Could only manage to finish sixth at the latest run over 5½f at Traralgon. Looks ready to run following a minor placing in a recent Pakenham Synthetic trial. Has ability and is worth including.
