HOUDINI (1) was well fancied but just missed last time over 1m3/4f at Sale, finishing a neck from the winner. Will appreciate the extra ground. Winning chance. ADMIRE FLUKE (4) is going well, scoring by 1. 75 lengths two runs back at Wangaratta before finishing fourth last time over 1m3f in the LR Tasmanian Derby at Hobart. Best form puts him right in this. SOMETHINGSOSTRONG (12) showed good early speed and led throughout to score by a nose last start over 1m3/4f at Sale. Among the chances again. BAFFLECK (9) doesn't win very often but ran a strong race last time out over 1m1 3/4f at Yarra Valley, finishing third and beaten 2 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating another bold showing.
