ROCKCLIFF (10) doesn't win out of turn but ran a nice race last time out over 5½f at Traralgon, finishing fourth and beaten 2 lengths. Taking on a better line-up this time but he is up to the challenge. SPIRAL DREAM (14) led all the way to score as favourite on debut over 6f at Moe five-and-a-half months ago and has not been produced since. Has since been kept ticking over with a Cranbourne trial. Has plenty of upside and can win again. INVINCIBLE AMOUR (4) impressed when successful on debut over 5f at Yarra Valley three weeks ago. Has upside and looks a key runner. PER IVY (5) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 4¾f at Cranbourne, beaten 1. 5 lengths into fifth. Better than recent efforts suggest.
