RAGER (2) went forward last start over 6f at Tumut and held on well for third, beaten 2 lengths. Likely improver with strong prospects. RIVER ROGUE (4) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when sixth, beaten 3. 5 lengths, over 6f at Dubbo. Has further improvement to come and is capable of sharp improvement. SPECIAL PROPHET (5) drops back in trip after he was well held last time in tenth over 1m2 1/2f at Gosford. Will appreciate the drop in grade. Well placed and should be in the finish. BEG ME (7) has been kept fresh for this since a disappointing fifth last start over 1m at Parkes five weeks ago. Deserves another chance.
