TAVANASIA (4) made it two wins in succession last time out when he scored by half a length over 7¼f at Quirindi. Nicely placed to take this out. JAMACRI (7) was well in commission last start over 7f at Nowra when second, beaten 2 lengths. Can atone. CHICO CASINO (3) showed good early dash last time out and led for most of the way before being claimed and finishing a head away in second over 6f at Cowra. Will push forward and is among the chances. DONNA EMILIA (14) registered her first win last start over 6½f at this track, getting home by a nose. Tougher task this time but expected to be competitive again.
