Best form puts him right in this. HOT PROPERTY (6) was in control from the outset to score on debut over 1m1/2f at Fairgrounds (Dirt) six weeks ago. Promising type who can go back-to-back. COAL BATTLE (8) made it back-to-back wins when successful last start over 1m in stakes class at Remington Park (Dirt), getting home by half a length. Winning rider Juan P Vargas retains the mount. Nicely placed to take this out. MO QUALITY (5) went forward and proved too strong last time, scoring with 1.5 lengths to spare over 6½f at Churchill Downs (Dirt). Do not underestimate.
