AL'S ROMEO (12) resumes. After filling a minor placing at his last appearance at prairie meadows (dirt) over 6f on july 20. Rates highly and makes plenty of appeal. DICEY WAGER (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he was always well out of his ground over 5½f at Remington Park, beaten 12 lengths into seventh. Yet to miss the placings in two starts over this course and distance. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. HOLDING PATTERN (5) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on June 21 finishing fifth and beaten 7 lengths over 6½f at Churchill Downs (Dirt). Definite top-three chance. BRAHMS IMAGE (2) returns from a lay-off of 12 weeks and did win when resuming last time in work over 6f at this track (Dirt). Solid top-three hope.
