BAD TO THE BONE (8) fought on for third last start over 5½f at this track, making it two minor placings in a row. Should be handy in the run. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. PAMIERS (11) is a first starter by Rich Enuff out of Esthermac. Should take a lot from a placing in a recent Murray Bridge trial with this rider Margaret Collett aboard. Bold showing expected. CHAFF BURNER (9) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 4 lengths from the winner in fourth over 5½f at this track. Improver with a solid top-three chance. THE STREAKER (12) pushed forward from a wide draw last time and found the front, leading around the bend but capitulating to finish eighth over 6f at Kyneton. Has ability and a bold showing is expected.
