WINNING POINT (2) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then she was never in contention and was beaten 5. 5 lengths when sixth over 1m3f at Grafton three-and-a-half weeks ago. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. FIERCENESS (4) worked home well to grab third at long odds at his latest appearance at Kembla Grange over 1m. Will find this a little easier than last time. Leading contender. THAT A BOY (5) did little and finished 4. 5 lengths from the winner in fifth over 1m3/4f at Canberra Acton last start after being in contention on the turn, a less impressive effort than his fourth at Canberra Acton the run before. Must raise the bar but a big run is on the cards. BRANNUM (6) will find this a little easier after missing the frame in town last time, finishing ninth over 1m at Randwick. Can do much better.
