ROSE DIAMOND (2) returns after a lay-off of six-and-a-half months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 6½f at Bendigo. One of the genuine hopes in the race. MO CENT (6) ran on well to get up for second at his latest appearance at Corowa over 5f. Good signs last time and worth consideration. SMOLENSKI (5) has not raced since his debut back on July 27 when he finished fourth over 5f at Sapphire Coast. Improver who can feature in the finish.
