THE BEAST (3) pushed forward when resuming last time and boxed on to finish 5.5 lengths away in third over 7½f at Newcastle. Finds the right race this time and can get the job done. MAGENTA SHORES (6) was well fancied last time but could only manage third over 1m at Goulburn after being in the firing line on the turn. Leading contender. SUPERIOR FUN (7) is on a quick turnaround after a moderate sixth over 1m at Sapphire Coast a week ago. Well placed to make amends. HIGHLAND HUSTLE (5) was in the money at Kembla Grange when resuming two runs back then could only manage fourth at Kembla Grange over 1m two weeks ago. Blinkers added this time. This looks a nice race for her.
