OUTBACK ANGEL (2) started at 7/1 last time and ran below expectations, finishing tenth and beaten 4 lengths at Randwick Kensington over 6¼f. The engagement of John Kissick is a positive move. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a major role. VELLA FOX (5) finished second at Moruya two runs back but was less effective last time over 6½f at Goulburn, finishing 5 lengths back in seventh after being prominent at the turn. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. KEIKOKU (8) tackled city class latest when seventh at Randwick, finishing 4.5 lengths from the winner. Should enjoy the significant drop in grade. Well placed and should be in the finish. FELIX PEREON (4) finished 2.6 lengths away from the winner last time at Moruya on soft going and gets some weight relief here. Settles back early but winds up late. Sure to be competitive.
