AL UNIQUE (4) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when 12th and beaten 7 lengths over 1m3f at Belmont Park. Beautifully placed and is sure to be there at the finish. SALARY MAN (7) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 25 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fifth over 1m1 1/4f at Toodyay, beaten 3. 5 lengths. Nicely placed to figure in the outcome. ALNAUD (1) wound up strongly last time out to finish a nose adrift in second over 1m2f at Bunbury. Should park just off the speed. Sure to be competitive. SLUICE BOX (3) progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 1m3f at Kalgoorlie after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Likely improver so plenty to like about his chances.
