TRUE FICTION (2) returns after six-and-a-half months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a eighth over 6f in Listed grade at Pinjarra. Tuned up with a fourth in a recent trial at Lark Hill. Looks the one to beat. GINGERIFFIC (6) returns from the paddock after running in a small field on debut missing the frame by 3.5 lengths at Ascot over 5f. Rates highly and can take this. MANDIBLE MAGIC (5) showed good early dash before weakening to be beaten 3 lengths into fifth over 5f at Pinjarra last time out. One of the main contenders. RIPPER RUPERT (1) is yet to break through after four starts but not far off a win. Placed in a then missed the frame but was thereabouts last time over 6f at Belmont Park. Blinkers added this time. Can sneak into the finish.
