SUPERFLUOUS (5) resumed last start over 7f at this track and showed little early speed, settling well back but hitting the line hard to finish third, beaten 2.75 lengths. Blinkers come off second up. Fitter so a bold showing is likely. ANCIENT GUIDANCE (1) showed little early speed then came with a powerful run to finish second last time out over 6f at Bunbury. Should go well again. GIRLS DAY OUT (7) was in contention on the corner and finished second last time over 6f81yards at Bunbury All Weather, beaten 3.5 lengths. Nicely placed to go one better. ROMMEL'S GODDESS (9) is back at the races for the first time since March 12. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 6f at York. Yet to win when resuming but generally runs well with two minor placings from three tries. Looks a strong top-three prospect.
