ALMOST ARTIE (6) is yet to break through after six career starts. Managed to find the placings at York two starts back before finishing fifth over 7½f at Pinjarra Scarpside last start. Cannot be left out of calculations. SAINTY CULLITY (3) was in the firing line on the turn and finished second last start over 7½f at York, beaten 0.9 lengths. Must raise the bar but a big run is on the cards. SPIRITART (9) was below her best last time, finishing tenth and beaten 5 lengths over 7½f at Pinjarra Scarpside. Open to improvement and should be about the money.
