Good contest for the grade. MUSKERRY ROCK (3) hasn't missed top two for this yard and even in defeat was only ever beaten by a neck or short head. Comfortable winner here last week and hard to oppose. BYZANTIUM (1) enjoys this ground however disappointed here tackling shorter in May. This new trip raises a question mark but any runner from the Paul Nicholls yard must be feared particularly here at Newton Abbot. JUGGERNAUT (5) is consistent though does find it difficult to win. Stable maintains good form however. JAGER TIME (4) was narrowly denied over course and distance and warrants respect once more.
