Race Tip

Champion Trainer Dan Skelton has already made a flying start to the new season and ETALON (1) can get another nice prize for connections despite carrying top weight. Responded well to cheekpieces and hard to beat. SOMESPRING SPECIAL (7) is rated way inferior to Etalon but will appreciate the step back up to this trip having found the 2m inadequate last time out. CENTARA (4) was in fine form here last summer with four victories. Goes up in trip after wind surgery and warrants respect. Another former course winner WESTERN GENERAL (5) has to prove himself at this trip but does go well here. Not ruled out.
