MAN OF LA MANCHA (11) brings some excellent form for this level. Deservedly got back on track with a smooth success over 1m at Sandown last month. He won't have any problems revisiting 1m1f and a 7lb rise in weights might not be enough to prevent the follow-up. Booking Oisin Murphy is a plus for SHAMROCK BAY (2) who looks progressive. Can remain competitive racing off 5lb higher than when a narrow winner at Chepstow last time. The unexposed MEZCALA (13) was a good second providing handicap debut at Haydock. Might have more to offer. Each-way claims go the way of BOYFRIEND (3).
