LIGHTHOUSE LASS (10) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1. 1 lengths from the winner in third over 6½f at Scone after being in the firing line on the corner. Must raise the bar but this looks well within her grasp. EMALYN (6) finds it hard to win with just one success from 10 starts. Was again denied last start when she found one better over 6f at this track. Nicely placed to figure in the outcome. SEDUCTRA (14) opened this prep with a win two runs ago. Couldn't follow that up last time out when fourth over 5½f at Hawkesbury, beaten 4 lengths after being in contention on the corner. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot make amends. HIDDEN STAR (11) was too good for a maiden field last start over 6½f at this track, scoring by 2 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Must be respected now that the penny has dropped.
