HEROIC DEED (11) debuted with a narrow win last start over 5¾f at this track with this rider Ashley Morgan the pilot. Nice weight drop so he is among the leading chances again. EGYPITIAN'S REWARD (8) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when eighth and beaten 5. 5 lengths over 6f at Gosford. Likely improver with strong prospects. ETOILE FILANTE (1) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 10 starts. Did a good job last start to finish third over 6¼f at Taree, beaten 1. 5 lengths. Must raise the bar but a big run is on the cards. ROSE OF DUBAI (4) finished 12 lengths adrift in eighth last time over 7f at Newcastle in a disappointing performance. Best figures measure up nicely. Solid top-three prospects.
