DEVIL RIDER (6) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m2f at Hawkesbury, beaten 1.5 lengths into sixth after being in the firing line on the bend. Nicely placed to take this out. VALENTINE JOHN (7) finished second just nine days ago over 1m2f at Hawkesbury. On the quick back-up over more ground. Strong run last time and is worth following up. BELLINI SPRITZ (3) was an emphatic winner last time over 1m2 1/2f at Tamworth with this rider Aaron Bullock engaged. Takes on a tougher assignment this time but can measure up. DALIO (2) improved sharply last time out to score by a neck over 1m1f at Hawkesbury two weeks ago. Nicely placed to feature in the finish again.
