LE CHOCOLAT (2) was in the money at Hawkesbury when resuming two runs back then could only manage fourth at this track over 7f two-and-a-half weeks ago. Well placed and gets his chance to break through. SPIRITUALISTIC (7) ran below expectations last time after being prominent on the corner at Kembla Grange, finishing sixth and beaten 6 lengths starting at 7/2. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is one of the key runners. PRECISE STAR (9) debuted two-and-a-half weeks ago when he finished sixth over 5½f at Randwick Kensington, beaten 3.5 lengths. Fitter and with blinkers applied he makes plenty of appeal.
