EMPRESS TSARINA (2) has been in the money at the last couple of runs, the latest when second over 6½f at Hawkesbury at the third run of the campaign. Should be ready to show her best now so she looks certain to run well. KERMALICIOUS (8) is building towards her maiden success, the latest effort a solid third over 6½f at Scone, beaten 1.4 lengths after being prominent at the corner. Going up a level this time but she is up to the challenge. NORDIC STAR (4) faced the starter for the first time and finished fourth last start at Hawkesbury over 5f, beaten 5.5 lengths. Will take a lot from that last run and is worth following up. TESORINO (9) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6f87yards at Muswellbrook, beaten a head. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role.
