ROCKBARTON ANGEL (8) started at 15/8 last time on the back of a win at this track two starts ago but was below her best, finishing sixth over 1m1/2f at Scone. Taking on a better line-up this time but she is good enough to play a major role. GENERAL SOHO (2) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 1m1 1/4f at this track after being prominent at the turn. Worth noting Aaron Bullock goes aboard. Nicely placed to take this out. BINKOU (3) failed to run a strong 1m2 1/2f last start after a close third over 1m2f at Hawkesbury the run prior. Looks better placed over this shorter trip so can do much better. KONING (7) has not won for a long while. Last raced on April 3 when beaten 5 lengths into seventh at Wyong over 1m2 1/2f after racing in the leading division. Likely improver who should be about the mark.
