BUFFALO (1) gave away a big start at the top of the straight last start and finished 2 lengths from the winner in sixth over 6f in the G2 Todman Stakes at Randwick. This offers him a great chance of breaking through. GRAND EAGLE (4) settled back on debut last start then made a dash forward before the turn and stuck on well to finish second over 5½f at Warwick Farm. Blinkers are added so with added fitness he looms as a big threat. JENNI GONE BONKERS (6) is a maiden galloper who finished in the placings over 6f at Moonee Valley before going for a break 12 weeks ago. Filled a minor placing in a recent Hawkesbury trial. Shapes as one to consider. GAEILGE (3) finished fourth last start over 5½f at Warwick Farm after racing on the pace for much of the way. Cannot be underestimated.
