RUBI'S SERVE (7) built on a nice second two starts back at this track with a win as public elect over 6¾f at Beaumont (Newcastle) a month ago, getting home by one length. Lee Magorrian scored on her last time and retains the ride. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. CHEVRON (2) got well back over 1m at Wyong last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 6 lengths away in tenth. Has the talent to put the recent poor run behind him. JUMEIRAH BEACH (4) gave the leaders a start last start and made little impact in the straight when eighth, beaten 5.5 lengths, over this journey at Randwick Kensington. Finds an easier assignment and can take this out. BUBA (14) did her best work late and finished second last time over 6¼f at this track when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 0.7 lengths. Nicely placed to run well again.
