JARED (1) is a 13-start maiden who has been in the money eight times. Could only manage fifth at the latest appearance over 6f at Port Macquarie. Has a good record at this distance with three top-three results from four starts. Tackling tougher opposition but has winning claims. MISSILE CHARM (13) drifted back early on debut last start then worked home strongly to finish 1.3 lengths away in third at Port Macquarie over 5f. Can figure in the finish.
