DUNALOCE (6) ran below expectations last time after being prominent on the turn at Hawkesbury, finishing fifth and beaten 2.25 lengths starting at 11/2. Likely improver with strong prospects. DECEMBER SKY (5) made some progress last start to finish sixth over 6½f at Canberra, beaten 4.5 lengths. Tackles a longer journey this time around and is worth plenty of thought.
