JAVERT ALLEN (2) looked a touch unlucky not to make it three from three with fences when collared on the line at Chepstow in February. He jumped to the front travelling best on that occasion however soft ground managed to catch him out in the closing stages. Can return to winning ways back on this sounder surface. Victory at Kempton seemed unlikely throughout much of the race for TEDDY BLUE (1) last week only to be well on top at the finish. Respect. Dropping back in distance looks interesting so MAJOR FORTUNE (4) warrants thought. BEAU BALKO (3) completes the shortlist.
