VERDANT PLACE (1) is one of three runners for owner JP McManus. Disappointed when pulling up at Fairyhouse and down in grade looks capable of bouncing back. ONETHREEFIVENOTOUT (4) had things go awry last start when he fell at Fairyhouse. Wasn't disgraced finishing second on penultimate outing at Down Royal. Certainly worth giving another chance in this less competitive event. THE LOVELY MAN (6) made a strong return from a layoff last time at Naas running third. Capable of another bold show. CEROC (9) did fairly well managing second at Clonmel. Less effective in latest when 8L away in fifth at Naas. Cannot be dismissed.
