Both showed improved form and on ratings are the two main players with the latter making her seasonal return on that occasion and might strip fitter to improve. DESERT POWER (1) is out of a family serving connections well. Provided little form this year however if bouncing back holds ability to sneak into the frame. CLOSE ENCOUNTER (8) is a well bred daughter of Wootton Bassett. Struggled in two starts to date and needs to show more. Watch the market.
