WEST HEAD (3) returns from a break of three months. Genuine performer last prep whose most recent appearance resulted in a win over 1m at this track. Rates highly and a bold showing is expected. SILENT ACE (7) showed good early dash and led for most of the way before fading to finish 1.5 lengths away in fifth over 7f at Tamworth. Blinkers have been removed. Should be in the finish. OENOLOGY (2) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when tenth, beaten 3 lengths, over 7f at Rosehill after he travelled towards the rear of the field. Has a solid record at the third run in and is among the leading chances. GIRRAWHEEN (5) was beaten 2 lengths into fifth in a 6f contest at Scone three weeks ago. Better than recent efforts suggest.
