QUICK AS SILVER (1) ran below expectations last time after being in contention on the corner at this track, finishing sixth and beaten 14 lengths starting at 4/1. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. ALABAMA ELEGANCE (5) last appeared when she finished seventh over 5½f at Bunbury on July 6. Definite top-three chance. POWER TO RULE (8) gave away a big start at the top of the straight last start and finished 4 lengths from the winner in 11th over 5f at Belmont Park. Appeals as a top-four contender.
