Race Tip

DESERT EDGE (1) was an impressive winner last time over 1m1 1/2f at this track, leading throughout and putting 4.5 lengths on his rivals. Sure to take some stopping again. MAGIC MIKEY (4) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 1.75 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1m1 3/4f at Albany after being in the firing line on the bend. Finds a nice race and can take this out. WILLPOWER (3) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 2.75 lengths over 1m1 1/4f at Mt Barker. Jumps from a nice gate and he cannot be underestimated. BUCKLAND (9) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 3 lengths away in seventh over 1m at Belmont Park. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
