Will enjoy a drop in class so he can bounce back. LONG SHOT (11) is a two-start maiden who was unplaced on debut then improved to finish third last time over 1m at Wagga, beaten 2. 5 lengths. Top chance this line-up. TSARINA DIAMONDS (12) strode forward early from her wide draw over 1m1/2f at Wagga Riverside last time, leading for much of the way before fading to finish fourth. Has a decent record at this trip with four minor placings from five tries and is expected to be competitive. JUST LANDED (2) hit the frame two starts ago at Wodonga but ran below par last time when sixth and beaten 8 lengths over 1m2f at Kilmore. Open to improvement and should be about the money.
